For the main course, relish the Angus Beef Short Rib paired with truffle mash, confit tomato, glazed carrot, steamed vegetables, and a drizzle of truffle jus. To wrap up your meal, enjoy the luscious Chocolate Dome, a combination of chocolate mud cake, a chocolate dome, hot chocolate sauce, and a garnish of fresh berries.

Choice of session timings: Dinner 1: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm / Dinner 2: 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm / Dinner 3: 9:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Dress comfortably and warmly during cold and breezy nights
Allow 15 minutes for belting guests - 60 minutes for flight duration and 15 minutes for unbelting guests
Guests must register at the Lounge tent at least 30 minutes before the session time. Failure to arrive on time will result in forfeiture of admission with no refunds given
Children must meet a minimum height requirement of 110 cm and be accompanied by an adult
