The rooms were nice and big. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. There were a couple of minor issues but they were resolved in a friendly and efficient manner. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

Heya My Name Is Zainab Fatima I am From Dubai, I don’t know from where to start but exceptional Service by Khushbo We had an amazing experience with Khushbo at the reception, We are residents of the Palace and arrived early in the morning for help My mom, who is a diabetic patient, needed breakfast, but the restaurant wasn’t set to open until 7 AM she went out of her way to approach the Manager and arranged coffee and pastries for my mom. Her kindness and prompt action truly made a difference for us. We are incredibly grateful and feel so fortunate to be Palace residents. Thank you for hiring such a helpful people for our service thank you Khushbo for going above and beyond.

From Welcome greeting by Khushboo , front office checked in by Marian, shree and rest of the team not to mention the welcome drinks, cold towels and room amenities provided.
