Fantastic experience at Palm Kitchen, Taj Exotica. During our stay at Taj Exotica we visited daily for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of items impecable service by Bernard and Idam. The evening dinner was superb the team went out of their way to cater to our needs, Chef Raj Mohan in particular always exceeded expectations. Jitendra and team provide a professional and welcoming service and could have not done anything more to provide a great service. Many memories made.

Right from the reception to the way the hostess Aisha’s leads you to the table to the way Charles serves you is worth experiencing. The Chefs also go out of the way to prepare food as you like it. In short, excellent service. This must be in everyone’s bucket list.

Stayed at Taj Exotica and had half board dining . Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and dinner ( had lunch instead one day) . Khusbu was our server on our first breakfast morning , very lovely and friendly, remembered us everyday we were there and looked after us , felt very personal snd special . Big shout out to Khusbu !! Loved their Masala Dosa and Idli , had them everyday for breakfast , so fresh and yummy ! If you love your spices and flavourful cuisines you will not be disappointed.
