We hade a Dubai city tour with gray line and wonderful experience Our guide Rifky is very informative and explained us each and every stop about the tour very clearly. he Speke some multi language and that’s very easy for everyone in our tour. Burj Khalifa. Abra ride. Monorail. Really enjoyed everything with Rifky.

We had one day in Dubai in between flights so did the full day bus tour with Grayline. Our host Sam was friendly and helpful. We were given ear buds to wear to listen to audio as we travelled in the bus. This badly needs updating, it talked about upcoming events in 2020! We felt complimentary water should have been available on the bus. None was offered and it was 40C degrees! This tour was a great way to see main highlights of Dubai in a limited time.

We were on a day trip from Abu Dhabi to Dubaj with Suhail and it was a really nice day. He showed us around, added extra informations, drove safely and he was accurate with pick up time as well. I can recommend to give it a try.

Rizwan was an amazing indvidual who took care of us and was very informative person. Was so helpful in guiding me as I was nervous to go out and try and explore Dubai. He made me feel reassured, educating the whole party on the type of places we were going. Especially when the Spice Souk they like to sell to you. He advised us to be careful and keep ourselves to ourselves. He made the whole journey pleasant and defintley would recommend and bring family back. Jakir the driver kept the journey nice and smooth. I never seen such calm driving from a bus driver. And he was so cool and chilled out

Overall this was a great tour. For it to be my first time visiting Dubai and the UAE, this was an excellent introduction to the country to see popular places as well as see some of the historical elements. Our tour guide, Samuel, was outstanding! He is personable and knowledgeable, and did a great job making sure our group was informed about the sights. He also gave recommendations about there to go outside of the tour.Most of the destinations were good. The ones that were not seemed to mostly be out of our guides control. We did not go to Ferrari Island at a good time as most of the attractions were closed. The other stops at several mosques, museums, atv riding, the souks, were all worth it. Samuel even did a demonstration of how traditional teas are made at one of the museums.This tour is definitely worth booking.
