This is my first time a can’t describe a place how beautiful it is , quite , calm , super clean caravan , clean bed , hot water. And regarding the staff i think they are the reason to came again they take less than 5 min to bring for us whatever we want , they was friendly and kind with us specially Bukannah , the coffe guy , you really have to try his coffe and date. Am writing this review while my friend is preparing for our last breakfast here. I hope to came again to this place as soon as possible.

Stayed in an airstream caravan for one night. The accommodation was great - comfy bed, modern bathroom and small seating area. Outside was a lovely sitting area ( table, chairs and a relaxing sofa swing) with a nice view. It was so peaceful. Bikes were provided but we chose to walk around the hiking trails through the forest. Giselles roaming through the trees. The staff were excellent -all of them so friendly and helpful and always with a smile on their faces. We chose to eat at the restaurant where they were serving a buffet. The food was good but not outstanding. However breakfast the next day was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay - away from the hustle and bustle in peaceful surroundings. We would stay again,

This place is a hidden gem! We left with memories we'll always cherish and a deep connection to this place. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, and everything about our stay was just perfect. Bilal made our check-in so smooth, which set the tone for the rest of our time there. We stayed in one of the cabins, which came with our own private pool. The experience was magical, especially at night or early in the morning when gazelles could be seen grazing peacefully outside the pasture. Waking up early with coffee, listening to the birds—it was such a peaceful experience. The atmosphere here was so calming, with natural beauty all around us, and it truly helped us forget the busy world outside. It almost felt like we were far away from the UAE. The food was outstanding—breakfast in particular stood out. Comparing it to many five-star hotels we’ve visited, the quality here was on another level. And a big thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality and constant smiles, making us feel at home every step of the way. It was truly a memorable experience we’ll never forget. It’s a quiet, luxurious escape we’ll never forget and can’t wait to return!

All of the employees were so kind m, and they made us feel special. All of them has can do, positive attitude. I love their mood. Nothing to say about the area, it is amazing. We enjoyed our little pool with our babygirl. Restaurant has limited food options yet everyone can find something for themselves.

Our family had a fantastic staycation at Bab Al Nojoum. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and well-trained. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Property was away from the city and was very relaxing. Some of the staff was superb. Ami, CC, Bilal was friendly. But the most impressive one was Soliman. The plunge pool was very good. All Inclusive package was a good add-on, but the food was the same every day. Breakfast was very bad. The food was the same, the bread was old and the cheese was dry and old. In the pool, even the water bottles are chargeable despite its all-inclusive pacakge. Sometimes, you have to request the same thing a couple of times. Water bottles are environmentally friendly but not sealed. Bathroom water doesn't drain. Rather, I will have to wait till it dries. Activities are there, but most of the things are not open. You will be just dropped in the activity locations, and you have to figure it out from there. The main pool was very cold, especially the kid's pool. The first day, we were told it would get hot automatically due to the sun. It didn't happened and on the 2nd day, we insisted on making it hot, so they switched on the temperature control. Lastly, despite it being not busy, we stayed for 2 nights all inclusive; for late checkout till 3pm (only), we asked 2 times but only managed to get till 2.30pm. I found it unreasonable, especially since we had lunch also for the same day. Good relaxing stay but lot to improve.
