Check-In & ID: Arrive at least 45 minutes before your flight with a valid government-issued ID
Duration: The full experience lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour
Group Size: Shared flight with a maximum of 5 people
Weight Limit: Max weight per passenger is 140 kg; those nearing this may need to purchase an extra seat
Age Policy: Suitable for ages 2 and above; children 2-12 must be accompanied by a guardian
Pregnancy: Expectant mothers over 7 months need a doctor’s certificate to fly
Special Assistance: Guests with special needs must travel with an assistant
Attire: Body-fit clothing is recommended for safety
Flight Changes: Flights may be rescheduled or refunded if canceled due to weather or operational reasons
Restricted Items: Large bags - purses - iPads - selfie sticks - HD camcorders - and cameras with lenses over 400mm are not allowed onboard
