During our recent stay at the Bahi Hotel, my family and I were treated to the most phenomenal service by the exceptional receptionist Kimberly. She was an absolute gem and made our time at the hotel truly unforgettable. Kimberly went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed and more, providing us with valuable recommendations for local attractions and ensuring that our daughter was entertained and looked after. Not only was Kimberly a delight to interact with, but the hotel itself was a true haven of luxury and comfort. The rooms were beautifully appointed, offering breathtaking views and a sense of tranquility. While the restaurant experience was enjoyable, it was Kimberly's warm and attentive service that truly stole the show. Hello there. We are currently at the hotel . Everything's good enough. The rooms are good. Nutritionally, everything is basically there, adults definitely won't stay hungry. But here's who's more problematic with kids. On arrival from April 8 and somewhat there was a children's or diet table. There were boiled vegetables, cereals, mash. After a few days, they just cleaned everything up and left only the boiled chicken in the broth. So there's nothing to feed the baby.

In the Emirates for the first time, very happy to choose the right hotel. Hotel manager Muzamed is at the reception, speaks excellent Russian, if possible tries to help all hotel guests. For health reasons, after a night flight, I couldn't physically wait until 3 p.m. to check into my room. Thank you to Mohamed for your professional and humane approach to the issue of promptly accommodating us in a room in a category higher than booked. In general, the hotel and the service staff are satisfied.

Holidaying with family in April 2025, everything liked, clean, orderly, deliciously fed, took to Dubai Mall in a comfortable bus. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, answering all questions, I often turned to Nodirbek, he helped me in everything.
