Great Indian Cuisine

Wonderful evening and great dinner in The Spice Tree. Very accommodating and attentive staff. The theme of the restaurant is influenced by a movie called The Lunchbox. As a vegetarian or if you have dietary requirements, that is not an issue at all, as they are ready to assist. Also, food tags or labels are crystal clear, making it so easy for me to pick what I can have over the buffet. Special thanks and shoutout to Ishanku and Amisha for their service and engagement with customers. Had a relaxing dinner, and their interior setups are just cozy places to be. With some nice photos on the wall reflects the part of the world that is yet to be discovered by many.

The breakfast was amazing and also the staff was cooperative and humble.all the dishes were Cooked very nicely the best thing was the dry cake I personally liked it very much .

How quickly things change. Staff fluctuation is normal, untrained staff not. Our first day was a disaster: line chef did not know what "soft fried eggs" meant (got it half scrambled); coffee machine let out colored hot water, but the waiter served it anyway. No cleanup, no restocking the buffet and -off course - no management to be seen. The second morning, we gave it a miss. On the third morning, we met Florence, who redeemed our experience. Correct, professional, and friendly - exactly what one expects in our favourite Dubai hotel. Ronald was back as line chef - perfection. Sad that the rating rests on two employees.
